Ellen was a pleasure to work with. My roommate and I were moving into a new area and Ellen provided good background on the types of places we could find at various price points. Ellen was more responsive than any realtor I've previously worked with and was extremely organized. She also goes out of  her way to help her clients. Even after my roommate and I signed the lease, Ellen had the property manager send us a comprehensive list of information for utilities (i.e., what company provides electric), mail, and cable/internet. I highly recommend Ellen and plan to reach out to her during the next lease cycle.
