Robert was wonderful in guiding us through the process of selling our home and searching/purchasing a new home simultaneously. From start to finish, Robert was excellent. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced, yet he made sure to listen to what we wanted/needed throughout. He was always available at a moment's notice and he helped us navigate the bump or two in the road that we encountered. Couldn't be happier with the whole process.

Robert is awesome to work with. He's friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and timely about everything. We were first-time home buyers, and he walked us through the process step-by-step and made things as streamlined as possible. He was patient with us and always available to answer questions about everything from scheduling showings to making offers.
Robert also came to each open house with us and gave us great advice on what to look for in a home and neighborhood, and when we were ready he advised us on how to make our offers competitive. Even after we got an offer accepted and the deal closed, he continued to help us by recommending great lawyers and contractors to work with.
I think any client would be very lucky to work with Robert! I'd wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy in this area.

Our experience with Jo Chandler was exceptional and she exceeded all of our expectations. Her knowledge of the local market and proper pricing were invaluable. She also went beyond what was expected by providing us with a staging consultation, which led to our home being in top shape for both the photographs as well as for showing purposes. Having a broker tour prior to going onto the active market was brilliant.

We had the pleasure of listing and selling our previous home with Jo Chandler and knew without hesitation that we wanted to select her to represent us in our subsequent home purchase.
I seldom/rarely trust anyone to do what they say they are going to do or to be aware and carry out whatever they are responsible for, but Jo is my rare exception because I know that she will be ahead of what is happening in the process, and will have already anticipated and prepared for our next step.
Jo is an excellent negotiator as well as being extremely alert to details, and she often picks up the slack when other realtors fall short on their responsibilities or when they overlook details. She also has great skill at using reason in her approach in order to allay any emotions that might derail the negotiation process.
