We wanted to pass on our appreciation for the help Ellen Zumbado gave us as agent for our recent purchase of a condominium in Brookline.  She was always available on short notice and very responsive to our urgent emails and phone calls, always cheerful and helpful.  She (and Hector) spent a lot of time with Debby touring various neighborhoods and helping us get a sense of what was available and what our priorities were.  When we actually settled on a place and had an offer accepted,  Ellen was very knowledgeable and informative and helped guide us through all of the necessary processes.  We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to others.
